Caltrans is soliciting Statements of Qualifications from qualified firms to perform consultation, research, professional and technical services required for Hazardous Waste Site Investigation and Design Services. The work includes, but is not limited to, field sampling, construction materials testing, analysis, reports, plant inspection, and work related to testing equipment calibration. Services are to be performed on projects to improve state transportation system facilities throughout counties of Inyo, Mono, and Eastern Kern in California, within District 9. The specific location for work will be identified in each Task Order. The estimated contract amount is $513,004 - $833,632 for a contract term of three years. There is no DBE/DVBE Participation Goal required. It is the responsibility of consultants, subconsultants, and vendors to identify teaming arrangements and those submitting a Statement of Qualifications. The Department does not track entities that have downloaded project documents for teaming. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
