Champaign Community Unit School District No. 4 is inviting sealed bids to replace damaged fencing panels and install fencing fabric on the soccer/marching band field north of Central High School at 610 W University Ave, and the football/track field at McKinley Field at 909 S New Street, Champaign, IL. The work generally includes replacing select damaged ornamental aluminum fencing panels and installing vinyl-coated chain link fencing on the ornamental fencing. Scope: - Soccer/Marching Band Field (610 W University Ave, Champaign): - Provide 29 Ameristar, Echelon Plus, Majestic Style, Black, 6' Panels. - Remove 29 existing panels and replace with new (location of panels to be coordinated with the Owner). - Install 6' tall, black, vinyl-coated, 9-gauge core, 8-gauge finish chain link fencing on the inside of the existing fencing on the north, east, and south sides. The installation should match the previously installed fencing on the west side of the field. Limits of fencing as per Attachment A. - Football/Track Field (909 S New Street, Champaign): - Provide 20 Ameristar, Echelon Plus, Majestic Style, Black, 6' Panels. Bids should be received until the specified time and date. The sealed envelope should be clearly marked accordingly.
