The Scope of Services shall consist of the provision of comprehensive architectural support relating to building systems and shall include, but not be limited to, the full range of professional services customarily associated with the planning, programming, design, and construction of facilities. Such services are to be performed in a manner that ensures alignment with, and advancement of, the County's stated mission, objectives, and operational requirements. All work shall be carried out in strict compliance with applicable laws, codes, regulations, and professional standards governing architectural practice within the State of Florida.
