The installation of new storm sewer in the Village of Ridgeway. The Contractor will be required to pay not less than the minimum wage rates established by the Federal Labor Standards Provisions and Davis-Bacon Wages. Attention of the Bidder is called to the various insurance requirements, equal opportunity provisions, Section 3 and the Buy American provisions. Question Deadline 01/09/2026 Bidder must submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing.
