The Contractor will be required to pay not less than the minimum wage rates established by the Federal Labor Standards Provisions and Davis-Bacon Wages. Attention of the Bidder is called to the various insurance requirements, equal opportunity provisions, Section 3 and the Buy American provisions. Question Deadline 01/09/2026 Bidder must submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing.
