Jenison Public Schools will accept sealed responses for Structured Cabling projects. Bidders must submit a sealed hard copy and an electronic copy of their bid. No oral, telephonic, telegraphic, e-mail, or facsimile bids will be considered. The bidder is responsible for timely delivery, and late bids will not be considered. A five percent (5%) Bid Bond is required for bids $31,321.00 or more. Bids must include a signed Bid Signature Page, Bill of Materials, Familial Disclosure Affidavit, Iran Linked Business Affidavit, and a list of four references. The Bill of Materials must itemize all materials, equipment, and components with specific manufacturer details, part numbers, unit cost, and quantity. No line item for 'miscellaneous materials,' 'contingency,' or 'unspecified parts' is permitted. Clarifications or corrections should be directed to the district via email and will be posted on the USAC website. The District reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to qualify or disqualify bidders. Bids must comply with all federal, state, and local codes and regulations, and all applicable taxes must be included except Federal Excise and State Sales Taxes for which the District is exempt.
