The general description of the scope of work for this project is to provide the district with network electronics at twelve buildings. The selected vendor/contractor is responsible for providing the configuration and system quantities to all specified locations. Any omission of required components or systems will require the vendor/contractor to supply the missing parts at no additional cost. Responsibilities include meeting with district representatives to finalize equipment arrangements and installation interfaces, having sufficient resources to complete the scope of work within the specified timeframe, furnishing all labor, supervision, tooling, and hardware for the network electronics system, testing all hardware for defects and verifying performance, providing installation and administration documentation, and offering a written guarantee/warranty covering defects in workmanship, components, and performance with follow-on support after completion. All bids must comply with the requirements of the RFP and the products and services specifications. Partial bids will be considered, allowing bidders to submit responses for network products only, labor services only, or both. Bidders are required to submit sealed duplicate responses and a complete electronic copy through the bidder portal by the specified deadline. Additional required documents include a Bid Bond (for bids $31,321.00 or more), Bid Signature Page, Bill of Materials, Familial Disclosure Affidavit, Iran Linked Business Affidavit, and a list of at least four references (one of which must be a school or school district). No oral, telephonic, telegraphic, email, or facsimile bids will be considered. All materials must be itemized individually in the Bill of Materials, and miscellaneous or unspecified line items are prohibited.
