Site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in Jenison, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a swimming pool; and for site work for a swimming pool.
The Owner is soliciting proposals for qualified bidders to perform work on various portions of the project. This project is contracted with Triangle Associates under a CM agreement whereby Triangle will act as the Owner's constructor. Triangle will hold all subcontract agreements. Specialty subcontractors are being solicited at this time for the following: 130 Special Construction (Pool) 230 Mechanical & Plumbing 260 Electrical Prevailing wages do not apply to this project. Payment and Performance Bonds are Required. Upon bid invitation a hyperlink will be provided to access project documents. All addenda will be uploaded through online and notifications will be sent to all prospective bidders.
