Renovation of a parking garage in Gatineau, Quebec. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 0-square-foot, 0-story below grade parking garage.
Replace three overhead sectional doors and add door openers. Two of the doors are located on the rooftops of 10 Wellington, and the third is on the rooftop of 15 Eddy. These doors provide access to the swing stage garages. Question Acceptance Deadline Jan 08, 2026 02:00 PM EST Bidders will be notified of any changes to the date of the site visit by Addenda. Bidders cannot use a representative from another Bidder as its authorized representative to attend the site visit. All individuals attending the site visit must bring their own Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) such as: safety shoes/boots, safety vests, hard hats, safety glasses, etc. Individuals without the appropriate PPE will not be permitted to access the site.Failure of a Bidder to attend a mandatory Site Visit, properly register, sign the BGIS Site Visit Sign-In Sheet and remain present for the duration of the Site Visit will entitle BGIS in its sole discretion to reject such Bidder’s Bid. Bidders are expected to examine carefully the site(s) at which the Deliverables are to be provided, fully inform themselves of the existing conditions and limitations and include in their Bid a sum to cover the cost of all items contemplated in the Contract. Official bid documents must be obtained from www.bgis.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform. Award is subject to final approval
