Project Description: Rehab project of an existing 10-story,155-unit Apartment Building. This project will be completed in two consecutive phases, one half of the building at a time with the other half remaining occupied. This Project includes Demolition & Remediation, Framing, Drywall, Painting, New Doors, Window Blinds, Appliances, Cabinets and Countertops, Flooring, Metal Railings, New Mechanical systems, Low Voltage, Electrical, Plumbing, Heating & Ventilation, Fire Suppression system, Elevator Modifications, New Windows, Roofing, Exterior Masonry repair, Concrete Curbing, Sidewalks, Asphalt, Landscaping. All trades are needed for all divisions. We encourage all Section 3 and Minority Contractors to participate. This is an IHDA Funded Project that will require Davis Bacon prevailing wage rates.
