The City of Westfield invites sealed bids for the purchase of Carpentry and Painting Services for city buildings. Specifications may be received at, and bids are to be sent to the Purchasing Director’s Office, 59 Court Street, Westfield, MA 01085, clearly marked on the outside of the envelope: Carpentry and Painting Services – Bid #26-024. Attention is called to the minimum wage rates to be paid on the work as determined by the Commissioner of Labor & Industries under the provisions of General Laws, Chapter 149, Sections 26 to 27G, inclusive.
