Renovations of toilet rooms within the school. It is the intent that a DCAMM certified General Contractor oversees all aspects of the project. Filed Sub Bid Categories include Tile, Plumbing, HVAC, and Electrical. General Bids must be accompanied by a current certificate of eligibility issued by Division of Capital Assets Management and Maintenance, showing the General Bidder has the classification of "General Contractor" and the capacity to perform this work, as well as an update statement summarizing the General Bidder's record for the period between the latest certification and the date the bid is submitted. Drawings and Specifications will be available for viewing at the office of the Purchasing Director. Bid Documents will be available through a web-portal; all bidders must contact the Purchasing Department for access. Wage rates for this Project are subject to minimum wage rates as per M.G.L., Chapter 149, Section 26 to 27H inclusive. The bidding and award of the Contract shall be in full compliance with Chapter 149, Sections 44A-44J of the General Laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts as last revised. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informality in or to reject any or all Bids if deemed to be in their best interest.
