Demolition for a multi-residential development in Westfield, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the demolition of a multi-residential development.
The City of Westfield invites sealed bids for the "Demolition of 12 West Silver Street Ange Homes." Specifications may be received at, and bids are to be sent to, the Purchasing Director's Office, 59 Court Street, Westfield, MA 01085, clearly marked on the outside of the envelope: "Demolition of 12 West Silver Street Ange Homes." Bid #26-019. Bids will be publicly opened and read in the office of the Purchasing Director. The Purchasing Director reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to award parts of the order to separate bidders if it appears to be in the public interest to do so. The City of Westfield is an affirmative action/equal opportunity employer which encourages utilization of minority and women owned enterprises.
