Bids are being accepted for gravel/crushed stone (Rip Rap 3, #4, #57, and GAB) by the ton for a 12-month period. The gravel source must be within fifty miles of Banks County, Georgia, and will be picked up by Triple H Hauling company. The contract is non-transferable, non-assignable, and non-subcontractable, though the County may obtain gravel services from any source in case of emergency. Bidders must submit the following at the time of bid opening: 1. A copy of their business license from the city or county where the business resides. 2. A completed W-9 form. 3. A completed E-Verify affidavit. 4. A completed SAVE affidavit. 5. Proof of compliance with all federal, state, and local laws. Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope marked with the appropriate bid number and opening date/time. Late bids will be rejected. The County reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to award the contract in the County's best interest.
