PROJECT CANCELED. Tub Surround & Shower Valve Replacement at Woodland Meadows (667-1 & 667-2), 120 West Main Street, Norton, MA. The project involves replacement of tub surrounds and shower valves. The Project consists of but not limited to: Removal of existing tiled bathtub surround including substrates and insulation to bare wood stud framing. Removal of existing shower/ tub valve, divertor, shower head and tub spout. Modification to existing plumbing to install new shower head system, tub spout and mixing valve with integral divertor. Install new insulation, vapor barrier, cement board, and maintenance free one-piece wall-surround assembly including integral double cornershelf. Existing bathtub to remain. Estimated construction cost is $201,139.92. General bids and filed sub-bids are required. Section 22 00 00 Plumbing applies.
