The Edmonson County Water District will be accepting quotes for construction materials for the calendar year of 2026. Bid information and specifications may be picked up at the Water District office or by calling the provided phone number and asking for the Manager, Kevin Shaw. Questions concerning bids should be addressed to Kevin Shaw. Bids will be accepted through January 13, 2026, until 2:00 p.m. at the Water District office or by mail. All conforming bids must be returned in a sealed envelope clearly noted as sealed material quotes. Awards will be made on the basis of the “best value” with the best conforming bid, with the right to reject any and all bids expressly reserved.
