Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Jefferson, Wisconsin. Conceptual plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.

Limit : VAR HWY/ USH 12, USH 18 The safety of the roadway will be improved Perpetuation HISP project to improve the safety of 1 location on USH 12 in Dane County and 2 locations on USH 18 in Jefferson County. Total length of the 3 segments is 27.4 miles. Paved shoulders will widened to 5' or 6' paved. Centerline and shoulder rumble strips will also be added. There are 3 construction ID's. 3080-00-64, USH 12, between Door Creek and Cambridge, Dane County. 3080-03-62, USH 18, between Cambridge and Jefferson, Jefferson County. 3080-03-63, USH 18, between Jefferson and Sullivan, Jefferson County.
