**As of February 4, 2026, the project was awarded to Bulliard Construction Co., Inc. with an awarded amount of $$99,666.69.** The scope of the project includes but may not be limited to the construction to upgrade the existing subsurface drainage outfall on the 600 block of Brentwood Drive to include changing an existing cross drain. All work is to be completed within 30 working days from issuance of Notice to Proceed. - Only a bid bond, certified check or cashier's check shall be submitted as bid security. Electronic copies of both the front and back of the check or bid bond must be included with electronic bids. - Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check, or bid bond payable to Lafayette Consolidated Government in the amount of five percent (5%) of the base bid plus additive alternates. - Bid bond requirements specify use of approved surety/insurance companies and compliance with Louisiana licensing regulations. - Bids must be held firm for at least forty-five (45) days after bid opening.
