As of March 12, 2026, project has been awarded to the the following: General Trades – Sugar Construction. Flooring – Vantg Flooring. Plumbing & HVAC – Smillie Plumbing and Heating. Electrical - Clements Electric. The project will be administered by Wolgast Corporation, Construction Management Firm. Requests for inclusion as bidders, plans, and questions on bidding procedures, design, and drawing/specification intent should be directed to the Construction Manager using a Clarification Request Form. Each proposal must be accompanied by a Bid Security of five percent (5%) of the Base Bid, which may be in the form of a Bid Bond, Cashiers Check, or Money Order. Successful Bidders may be required to furnish Surety Bonds as stated in the Project Specifications. Bidders must provide a sworn and notarized familial disclosure and a signed Iran Business Relationship Affidavit. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, accept a bid other than the low bid, and to waive informalities or errors in the bid proposals.
