Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Walla Walla, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; sidewalk / parking lot; and road / highway.
This project was awarded to Culbert Construction with the awarded amount $1,367,179.86 Work includes replacement of water, sewer, and storm infrastructure, ADA sidewalk ramps, and street reconstruction on Hobson Street from S Clinton Street to S Division Street, on Division Street from E Alder Street to the Mill Creek Bridge, and S Madison Street from E Alder Street to E Hobson Street in accordance with the attached Contract Plans, these Contract Provisions, and the Standard Specifications. Bidders must use QuestCDN to purchase and access the Contract Documents. All bid proposals must be accompanied by a bid deposit in certified check, cashier's check, or surety bond in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the bid amount. Only properly executed bids submitted on the form furnished by the City will be accepted. The award will be based on the total bid. The City Council reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids or waive any defects. Minority and women-owned businesses are encouraged to bid.
