The Vancouver Island Health Authority ("Island Health") is issuing this Request for Tender (RFT) to invite air handler manufacturers to provide new operating room supply and exhaust units to Royal Jubilee Hospital in the D&T Building. This new supply unit will be placed in the penthouse of the building and exhaust unit to be placed on the roof. Please refer to mechanical drawings and specifications for further details. Scope of Work: The project is to supply, deliver, and commission, new operating room supply and exhaust units to Royal Jubilee Hospital in the D&T Building. The supplier will coordinate the installation and commissioning of the units with the mechanical contractor once they have been selected for the project in the spring of 2026.
