Description

Renovation of a medical facility in Victoria, British Columbia. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.

Cedar and Spruce Linac Replacement and Vault and Control Room Renovation. TIMELINE: Request for Proposals is underway to provide Prime (Architectural) Consultant Services for the project. The Provincial Health Services Authority (PHSA) is inviting proposals from qualified consultants to undertake services. Further update in late spring 2026, pending selection of a preferred proponent. *Only architectural firms prequalified by the Authority for Acute Care Projects over $150,000 may respond. Proponents proposing to use sub-consultants for mechanical, electrical, or structural engineering should use firms included on the Authority's prequalified list of engineers (prequalified for any fee category). The prequalification lists for architects and engineers may be viewed on the Fraser Health website.
