Site work for a mixed-use development in LaFollette, Tennessee. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; and sidewalk / parking lot.
Campbell County reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to award the bid most advantageous to the county. Dock Specifications- Lonas Young Park: Dock must be 10' X 40' The attached walkway must be 5' X 30' All composite gray decking All composite gray band board Must include a 2" galvanized steel truss frame 4' X 8' x 24" plastic encapsulated floats must be used All hardware must be galvanized Must include a wheel kit The walkway must include a galvanized handrail on both sides Contractor must reinstall existing winches Contractor must provide new 3/8 stainless cables Bid must include all expenses for delivery, construction, installation, and anchoring in place Bid must include all expenses for removal and disposal of existing dock Must include warranty of no less than 1 year *The list of planholders and/or interested bidders is not being tracked by the stakeholders involved with this project.
