Scope of work includes providing special inspection services and material testing throughout the duration of construction for the Alhambra Community Center Project. The project involves partial demolition of an existing 2-story building and converting the retained west wing into community uses and offices. The new east wing addition will include multipurpose rooms, event space, roof deck, and support spaces, totaling approximately 17,000 square feet. The City of Alhambra seeks proposals from qualified firms capable of delivering these services for the specified construction phase. Proposals must be submitted in a sealed and labeled envelope, with the fee proposal in a separate, sealed envelope. The outside of the proposal package must be prominently marked with "N2M25-176 – SPECIAL INSPECTION SERVICES FOR ALHAMBRA COMMUNITY CENTER" along with the submitter’s name and address.
