Work includes site preparation, grading, and storm drainage improvements; construction of new concrete skatepark elements and flatwork; installation of synthetic turf, fencing, landscaping, and irrigation modifications; electrical work for site lighting and security cameras installation, along with required striping, signage at the parking lot, and final site restoration, in accordance with the approved plans and contract documents. THE PROJECT CONSISTS OF THE EXPANSION OF THE EXISTING SKATEPARK TO PROVIDE ADDITIONAL SKATE FEATURES AND IMPROVED SITE AMENITIES. WORK INCLUDES SITE GRADING, CONCRETE FLATWORK, AND INSTALLATION OF NEW SKATE ELEMENTS ADJACENT TO THE EXISTING FACILITY. THE SCOPE ALSO INCLUDES MODIFICATIONS TO THE EXISTING IRRIGATION SYSTEM TO ACCOMMODATE THE NEW IMPROVEMENTS, PROTECTION OF EXISTING TREES AND VEGETATION DURING CONSTRUCTION, AND RESTORATION OF ANY DISTURBED AREAS WITHIN THE LIMITS OUTLINED IN THIS SET UPON PROJECT COMPLETION.
