Renovation of a municipal facility in Costa Mesa, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
This project includes the disconnecting, removal and replacement of two chillers systems, including all necessary appurtenances and components to ensure full operational functionality at City Hall basement. The contractor will safely disconnect and dispose of the old equipment, following all environmental and safety rules. New chillers will be installed that meet current energy and performance standards and will connect to the building's existing systems, including the automated controls. The work also includes replacing old valves and adding a system to monitor refrigerant leaks. Following installation, the contractor will perform testing to verify that the system operates as intended.
