Site work and new construction of a fire / police facility in Bedford, Texas. Completed plans call for the construction of a fire / police facility.
It is the intent of the City of Bedford, Texas to select a Construction Manager at Risk through a request for proposal process for a new Central Fire Station, located at 2121 L. Don Dodson Drive, Bedford, Texas 76021. This will be a one-step process consisting of proposal submission and possible interview. The selected Construction Manager at Risk is to assist the City with cost estimating and schedule during the design phase, and to construct the project thereafter as General Contractor, and perform such other functions as may be designated by the City under Chapter 2269, Subchapter 4, Government Code.
