Provide asphalt shingle roof replacement on approximately 8,790 square feet. Replace sheet metal trim and flashings including gutters and downspouts. Contractors must have proper licensing under State laws and must have a general license classification for "Building" or "Specialty (Roofing)". Bids must be submitted on the provided BID/ACCEPTANCE form with all necessary information filled in and signatures executed. The owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive informalities. Attendance at the pre-bid meeting is mandatory for all interested bidders.
