Demolition, site work and addition to a detention facility in Jefferson, Ohio. Completed plans call for the addition of a 55,601-square-foot detention facility; for the demolition of a detention facility; and for site work for a detention facility.

The project involves providing construction manager at risk services for the Ashtabula County Public Safety Center (Jail) Project, which includes a 55,601 square foot expansion. Statements of Qualifications are requested from firms in accordance with Ohio Revised Code Section 9.33, et seq. State of Ohio funds will be used for this project, and all relevant state requirements apply.
