The scope of work includes removal, disposal, and transfer of any remaining fuel, thorough cleaning of the tanks, replacement of wiper seals, and conducting an Aboveground Storage Tank (AST) inspection for the tanks specified in Attachment B. Place of Performance: Dover Air Force Base, DE (Kent County) Period of Performance (PoP) - 180 calendar days starting at the date of contract award.
