Site work for a water / sewer project in Lower Township, New Jersey. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The scope of work includes the conversion of a flooded suction style sewage pump station to a station with submersible pumps. The project requires the furnishing of all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to complete the work described in the specifications shown in the provided drawings. The entire project must be completed within three hundred (300) days of the Notice to Proceed, or the contractor is subject to liquidated damages of $500.00 per day. Docs notes : Payment must be made by either cash or business check, which shall be made out to Polistina & Associates, LLC. If the Contract is awarded, no refunds will be given. If for any reason the Contract is not awarded, refunds will be made to bidders pursuant the Owner will evaluate bids and any award will be made to the lowest, responsive, responsible bidder. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive minor informalities or irregularities in bids received. Question Deadline 01/07/2026 Any request for interpretations shall be made in writing, addressed to Mr. Vincent Polistina, PE, Polistina & Associates, 6684 Washington Avenue, Egg Harbor Township, NJ 08234, and, to be given consideration, must be received at least ten (10) days - excluding Saturdays, Sundays and holidays - prior to the date fixed for the opening of bids.
