The Contractor shall provide all materials, equipment, labor, supervision, incidentals, and all other items necessary to complete the project in accordance with the requirements of the Contract Documents. The principal features of the work to be performed under this contract include, but are not limited to: furnishing and installing ceiling tile and grid; furnishing and installing all flooring (including carpet tiles, vinyl plank flooring, ceramic tile flooring, epoxy floor, rubber roll flooring); drywall, drywall patching, framing, and miscellaneous carpentry; furnishing and installing all doors, windows, and mirror wall systems; electrical wiring; lighting installation; painting; demolition of walls, ceilings, flooring, and miscellaneous; adjustments or modification of fire sprinklers; furnishing, installing, and/or adjusting duct work, diffusers, and drip pan; modification of existing floor registers; installation of handicap ramp, railing and ADA signage, including related grading; and site restoration (seed and maintain until established). Specified items such as diffusers and 2 x 4 LED lights will be supplied by the agency for installation by the contractor. All work shall be performed in accordance with standard specifications.
