No definite date for the rebid.** ** Please NOTE: As of January 26, 2026 FINAL bid package has been uploaded and replaces the previous document(s) dated December 2025. ** The AOC seeks a general contractor to furnish all labor, materials, supplies, tools, services, etc. necessary for a renovation of the lobby and courtroom in the Kentucky Supreme Court's temporary offices at 669 Chamberlin Ave., Frankfort, Kentucky. This project consists of renovation of the lobby and hearing room along with adjacent offices. The trades involved include, but are not limited to: demolition; metals; wood, plastics, and composites; thermal and moisture protection; openings; finishes; signage; fire suppression; HVAC; building automation system; and communication. Bidders are required to provide a Performance and Payment Bond with a penal sum equivalent to 100% of the Contract Sum plus the total of any purchase order. Bidding documents, drawings, and specifications may be obtained from Lynn Imaging. Award shall be issued on the lowest responsive Bid by a responsive, responsible Bidder.
