Bidders are required to possess a California General Engineering Contractor's License (Class "A") at the time a contract is awarded and have a minimum of ten years of practical experience with installation of a cofferdam system, construction of a gate-operated turnout structure, and installation of RCP piping of similar size or larger. Attendance at one of the mandatory pre-job walks is required. Bids must be submitted by the specified date, time, and location by hand delivery or mail.
