Project No. HSIP 5059 (253, 252, 251) The project includes the installation of rectangular rapid flashing beacons, a high intensity activated crosswalk, LED stop signs, ATC cabinets with all components, APS push buttons, signal head and hardware, signal indications and hardware, and various striping improvements. Bids must be made on the provided Bid Form and accompanied by a bid security of not less than 10 percent of the bid amount. Bidders must also provide an executed Local Hire Certification and Skilled and Trained Workforce Certification. All bidders must review, complete, sign, and upload all required bid forms as a single bid package. Bid security can be provided as an electronic bid bond via Surety2000, or as a certified check, cashier's check, cash, or an original hard copy notarized bid bond. The payment of prevailing wages is required. Bidders must possess a Class "A" California State Contractor License and be registered with the Department of Industrial Relations pursuant to Labor Code Section 1725.5.
