Roof replacement shall consist of the following: 1) sloped roof will utilize the GAF timberline HDZ shingles and 2) the flat sections will utilize a single ply, Johns Manville PVC System, or equal. Johns Manville product information will be included in the contract. The Contractor shall provide a fixed unit price per square foot for the identification, removal, and replacement of damaged wood sheathing. This rate must be inclusive of all labor, equipment, and materials required to replace plywood or OSB affected by dry rot, water intrusion, or structural degradation.
