Renovation of a fire / police facility in Modesto, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility.
The project scope of work includes installation of interior and exterior rappelling anchors at Regional Fire Training Center, Fire Tower. To bid on this Project, the Bidder is required to possess at a minimum the following State of California Contractor License and Certification: A California Class "B", contractor's license is required to Bid this contract. The Bidder's license(s) must remain active and in good standing throughout the term of the Contrac Pre-Bid Meeting 01/29/2026 at 2:00 PM PT The Work of the Project is defined by the Contract Documents and consists of the following: 1. Scope of Work includes the installation of interior and exterior rappelling anchors at Regional Fire Training Center Fire Tower. 2. As a part of the rappelling anchor installation, the Contractor is to verify existing reinforcing (rebar) locations via non-destructive means (x-ray) prior to the installation of all anchors. Contractor shall not cut any existing reinforcing. Conflicts shall be marked and brought to the Architect's attention prior to proceeding with any work with the respective anchor. 3. Parking Lot and Path of Travel Improvements. B. Type of Contract: Project will be constructed under a single prime contract.
