Kentwood Public Schools is seeking proposals for the purchase and drop shipment of wireless access points, network switching, and uninterruptible power supply equipment. This request is for the purpose of gathering information about available equipment and vendor pricing, and is not a commitment to purchase. All bid responses must be physically sealed and delivered to the Kentwood Public Schools Administration Office by the specified deadline, at which point the bids will be read aloud. All correspondence during the process should be directed to Communications by Design. The information provided in response to this request will become the property of Kentwood Public Schools, and the district will not be liable for any costs incurred by vendors in responding to or clarifying this RFQ. An addendum has been issued that revises and reissues page two of the document, and becomes part of the contract documents.
