Demolition and renovation of a municipal facility in Littleton, Colorado. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 8,220-square-foot, two-story above grade municipal facility.

The tenant improvement includes demolition and construction on the first floor of a 2-story office building. The entire first floor will be vacant, but the 2nd floor of the building will remain occupied throughout construction. Those occupants will require access to their office spaces via a south employee stairwell and the public will require access to the 2nd floor via the Lobby throughout the project. County anticipates that the 2nd floor occupants will be able to make occasional alternate arrangements to work off-site on days with particularly impactful work scheduled, with advance notice and planning with the County’s project manager. All workers on site will be required to pass background check performed by Arapahoe County at no cost to the Subcontractor. Project will be fully tax exempt.
