The City of Littleton is requesting qualifications for the installation, upgrade, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems across all City-owned or managed property and infrastructure. The City seeks to establish a group of qualified on-call contractors to provide these services on a continuing on-call basis. The City's property portfolio includes approximately 38 structures, averaging 75 years in age, all in various conditions and featuring some degree of antiquated equipment. City grounds include 144 medians, approximately 30 pocket parks, and two community gardens which may require new power sources and power upgrades. General requirements include certification/training, insurance, applicable licenses, and local service capability. All or none award will be made. Bidders must submit a Proposal Response Form, a Fee Schedule with an optional year 2 increase (up to 4%), a Signed Contract Certification Form, and a Certificate of Good Standing issued by the Colorado Secretary of State.
