The project includes rehabilitating the Headworks, Equalization Basin, BNR Basin, and Chemical Storage structures, along with constructing a new Fine Screens Facility and Membrane Bioreactor, installing underground utilities, and completing related site improvements. WP3 Site Work Package consists of earthwork (structural excavation and site grading/exterior improvements), utilities (underground pipe), and aggregates. WP4 Balance of Work Package includes plumbing/HVAC, pre-engineered metal buildings, roofing, masonry, sealants & caulking, rebar hauling/trucking, metals, precast concrete, aggregates, process pipe, and process equipment. Major scope bid packages with scope specific bidding instructions have been included. If a bid package for a particular scope of work is not found, proposals should be submitted on bid day. The requirements are intended to be divided into smaller portions to encourage maximum participation. Payment and Performance Bonds may be required and bonding assistance is available. Subs and Suppliers are encouraged to contact for insurance requirements, equipment & materials, plans & specs or if any other assistance is needed. Federal funding requirements apply, including Davis Bacon General Decision Number CO20260002, Domestic Material Preference, EEO, Affirmative Action & Fair Share Objectives.
