Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Manchester, Iowa. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; road / highway; water / sewer project; and bridge / tunnel.
The project consists generally of the reconstruction of existing streets, installation of new sanitary sewer, storm sewer, water main, sidewalks and reconstruction of driveways along Anderson Street. The project point of beginning is approximately 60 feet north of the intersection of East Main Street and continues north approximately 60 feet south of the intersection of Union Street, Manchester, Iowa. Contractor shall fully complete by September 4, 2026. Liquidated Damages in the amount of $1,000.00 per Calendar Day will be assessed for each Calendar Day that any work shall remain uncompleted beyond the specified completion date allowed.
