The purpose of this solicitation is to establish a contract with a qualified supplier for the supply and delivery of off-road diesel to various Frederick County Public Schools (FCPS) locations on a will-call, fill-as-needed basis. The off-road diesel will be used to fuel generators and other non-transportation equipment. All fuel storage tanks are owned and maintained by FCPS. Certified Minority Business Enterprises are encouraged to respond to this solicitation notice. FCPS System does not discriminate in admissions, access, treatment, or employment in its programs or activities on the basis of race, color, gender, age, national origin, religion, or disability.
