Renovation of a fire / police facility in W Yarmouth, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility.
The work includes, without limiting the generality thereof, the work to be performed for the electrical and generator at the Yarmouth Police Department. In general, the work consists of installing a new exterior diesel generator, a new automatic transfer switch, a new electric service, and the removal of the existing electric service. The contractor is responsible for providing all materials, labor, and equipment as specified to perform the work. Deadline for Written Questions January 16, 2026 By 12:00 p.m. Via email only to: lhayden@yarmouth.ma.us Addenda May be issued up to 7 days prior to the due date of responses. If any changes are made to this bid, an addendum will be issued. The initial term of this Agreement will be for one year from the Effective Date (the latest signature date in the contract. The Town of Yarmouth reserves the right to waive any informalities in bids and to reject any or all bids or waive any formalities that appear to be in the best interest of the Town. A bid that includes an abnormally low or high amount for any item may be rejected as unbalanced
