Site work for a water / sewer project in Tarentum, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The work consists of the supply and installation of a permanganate feed system, including electrical controls, and the supply and installation of three potable water storage tank mixers. Each proposal must be accompanied by a certified check or Bidder's Bond in the amount of ten percent of the proposal, in favor of Tarentum Borough. Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage requirements apply to this project. All contractors must adhere to Act 127 of 2012 (Public Works Employment Verification Act). No bid may be withdrawn for sixty days after being filed. Tarentum Borough reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informality in bids received. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
