Fuel Tank and Dispensing Infrastructure Replacement Submit all questions regarding this RFQ in writing to Dan Sayer at sayer.38@osu.edu with the project number included in the subject line (no phone calls please). Ohio State's Transportation and Traffic Management division has three 10,000-gallon underground fuel tanks (one diesel and two gasoline) at the refueling facility. All three of these tanks have reached end of life and need to be replaced. Other associated equipment will need to be replaced including underground pumps, waste oil tank, fuel dispensers & controllers, and tank monitoring system.
