Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Columbus, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and playground / park / athletic field.
The City of Columbus, Department of Public Service is receiving bids for construction services for the Resurfacing - 2025 Project 2. The project consists of three parts: Part A covers repairs and resurfacing of 36 city streets and the construction of 84 ADA curb ramps, including milling existing pavement, overlaying with new asphalt concrete, minor curb replacement, and replacing curb and sidewalk areas for ADA curb ramp installation, as well as full depth pavement repair. Part B involves the reconstruction of one street using cement stabilization. Part C includes resurfacing drive and parking lots in a city park and making lighting improvements for one parking lot, and other necessary work to complete the contract. Bids must be submitted at www.bidexpress.com; hard copies are not accepted. All bid documents will be available for review and download on Bid Express after the Invitation For Bid is published. Vendors must register on the Vendor Services portal and be contract compliant. Zero or negative unit prices and labor are not allowed.
