The project involves replacing end-of-life equipment, including three air handling units, at The Ohio State University's Newton Hall (295 W. 10th Ave, Columbus, OH 43210). These units serve the College of Nursing facilities, and the replacement will need to be carefully phased to maintain operations. Additionally, the project will assess high-priority deferred maintenance items related to electrical and fire safety systems and provide recommendations for potential inclusion in the scope of work.
