ITB No. 2026-02 Town of Surfside ("Town") is soliciting sealed bids from contractors shortlisted and deemed qualified pursuant to Request for Qualifications (RFQ) No. 2025-04 for construction services related to the Champlain Towers South Memorial Construction Project in Surfside, Florida. All questions or requests for clarification regarding this ITB must be submitted in writing to Sandra McCready, M.M.C., Town Clerk, no later than 2:00 PM on Tuesday, February 10, 2026. Questions may be submitted by mail to the address above or via email at smccready@townofsurfsidefl.gov. The Town reserves the right to reject late submissions, in the sole discretion of the Town Manager or designee. It is the sole responsibility of the Bidder to ensure timely receipt of its bid.
