Sealed proposals are being solicited from qualified firms to provide design-build services for the Town Hall Roof Replacement Project in Surfside, Florida. Proposers are required to submit one original, three hard copies, and one electronic copy on a USB drive of their completed and executed proposals to the specified Town Hall address by the proposal submission deadline. The envelope must be clearly marked with the project and RFP information. Late submissions may be rejected at the Town Manager's discretion. All interested proposers are required to attend a mandatory pre-proposal meeting at Town Hall, which includes a project overview and site visit. Any questions or requests for clarification about the RFP must be submitted in writing to the Town Clerk by the stated deadline. The Town reserves the right to cancel the solicitation, award any or all services requested, reject any or all submissions, waive technical errors and informalities, and accept any proposal deemed qualified and in the best interest of the Town. The Cone of Silence is imposed, restricting communications regarding the solicitation except as directed through the Town Clerk or Town Attorney.
